Being still and knowing that I am God!
Psalm 46:10 Be still and know that I am God. (NKJV)

We think that means to be quiet, to not speak, and it does. But it also means to wait until God gives us further instructions. When we wait on God we see how everything falls into place more easily. We see how we no longer struggle in life, but begin to live and rely more on Jesus through trust. We trust that in His time God will fulfill His promise to us. We often forget what that most important promise is. It's not a bigger house, it's not a newer car, it's not more things, but it is eternal salvation. It is greater rewards in heaven, it is the final fulfillment of our lives in Christ. The race won! Hebrews 12:1 Let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before use. (NKJV)
